Web Designer/Director: Born in Lexington, Kentucky, Izaya Clay is a proud graduate of Kentucky State University, where he earned both his bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration. During his time at KSU, he excelled as a member of the Kentucky State University football team, balancing athletics with academic achievement. Deeply committed to community and leadership, he actively seeks to foster business growth through inclusive solutions and represents Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. as a proud member of the NAACP. App Designer/Director Jasiah Clay is an undergraduate student at Kentucky State University, majoring in Agribusiness and Management with a focus on business growth within the digital ecosystem. He currently serves as the Sophomore Class President in the Student Government Association, where he represents and advocates for his peers, striving to create inclusive solutions. Jasiah is also a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, further demonstrating his commitment to personal growth and leadership. In addition to his academic and leadership roles, he is a dedicated student-athlete, competing at the collegiate level as a member of the Kentucky State University football team.

CFO - Chief Financial Officer Bryian Clay is an Account Executive based in Lexington, Kentucky, who lives by his personal brand statement: “Be authentic and diligent in everything that you do.” With a strong foundation in business and a passion for building meaningful connections, Bryian combines authenticity with diligence to drive business growth in both his professional and personal endeavors. Bryian earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Western Kentucky University (2000) and later completed his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College (2008). These academic achievements provided him with the tools to excel in business strategy, client relations, and organizational leadership within the digital ecosystem. His personal goal is to visit every continent, reflecting his love for exploration and cultural discovery. Professionally, Bryian is committed to advancing in his career by expanding his expertise in account management, cultivating inclusive solutions through strong client partnerships, and continuing to add measurable value to his organization. Outside of work, Bryian enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and embracing diverse experiences that fuel both his personal growth and professional perspective.

COO-Chief Operating Officer Dr. Clay has earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Management, M.A.s in Special Education LBD & EBD, an M.A. in Educational Leadership (Principalship), and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a specialty in Business. Dr. Clay has a vast amount of experience in the business sector, particularly in fostering business growth as the owner of Philan Designs and co-owner of Empower Life Insurance 4 All. A proud HBCU Alumnus and a double graduate of Kentucky State University, Dr. Clay is dedicated to developing inclusive solutions within the digital ecosystem.

CEO-Chief Executive Officer Victor C. Clay is the President and CEO of Clay App Enterprises, Inc., a company dedicated to developing innovative technology solutions that serve both local and global communities and foster business growth. Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Mr. Clay is a proud graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, Class of 1998. After graduation, he earned a football scholarship to New Mexico Military Institute, where he completed his associate’s degree in the spring of 2000. Continuing his academic journey, he attended Florida A&M University, graduating in the fall of 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in history. Throughout his career, Mr. Clay has worked across multiple industries, always driven by a deep entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to provide inclusive solutions to everyday problems. In 2016, he pivoted his focus to launch a demolition and project management company, which allowed him to gain extensive experience working across the United States. These travels and business ventures sparked a new vision—one that combined his problem-solving mindset with his passion for innovation: app development, contributing to the digital ecosystem.
